Family Therapy

Family therapy is among the most potent ways you can support the resilience of a loved one! Decades of research have empirically demonstrated that family therapy helps people adapt to adversity sooner, more successfully, and with longer lasting benefits than with individual therapy alone.
 
Since 2006 I have been dedicated to helping families of teens, and young adults thrive in ways they didn't believe were possible for them! In addition to holding multiple certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I have specialized education and training as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and a Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy® (PACT), developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin of UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine.  I am deeply committed to offering the families I work with effective and respectful support for some of their most precious relationships.
